What you will be doing?

• Engaging with our decentralized community by organizing and participating in events, AMAs, discussions, and interactive activities that fuel a dynamic and thriving ecosystem
• Developing and executing strategies to grow communities on the Discord platform, driving engagement and participation.
• Managing and mitigating security risks within the community, including monitoring for phishing attempts, scams, and unauthorized access, ensuring a secure and trustworthy environment
• Monitoring the community closely, responding to comments, questions, and concerns in real-time, upholding our community guidelines, and maintaining a positive atmosphere
• Gathering and relaying community feedback to internal teams, offering valuable insights that shape product development, refine marketing strategies, and inspire content creation

What you bring to the table?

• 2-3 years experience in community management, ideally within the web3, blockchain, or tech sectors
• Strong understanding of web3 technologies, blockchain, NFTs, and the culture of cryptocurrency
• Proven track record in building, growing, and maintaining engaged online communities, with a focus on security and fostering positive interactions
• Experience implementing security best practices and managing risks to protect our community and platforms
• A deep enthusiasm for the web3 space and a commitment to educating, engaging, and growing the community
• Strong project management capabilities to ensure clear and fluid communication across team
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced early-stage start-up
